Barb Sibbing Reveals her MLM Success Training Tips!Hi! My name is Barb Sibbing. I sure that my story is very similar to so many others, in fact it could be just like yours. I had a very promising and rewarding career in accounting/financial. It was about six months after our son was born (which was 20 years ago) that I quit my job. I didn't want anyone to see my son doing his "firsts" - rolling over, walking, and talking. I was his mother and I should be the one taking care of him. We were living on one income and that was not easy with all the bills we had and a new baby. I'm sure you most of you know how much it cost to raise a child. I "dabbled" in one home business after another after another and went back and forth between businesses. I lost track of how many I tried. I want a business that I could run from home, to be with my son, take care of my husband and our home. What I kept finding was that these "home businesses" kept me away from home more than if I was still working in "Corporate America." I did find a business that I liked and ran with and my business took off. I loved talking with people about the product and the earning opportunity. I brought over 200 people into this business. I loved what I was doing, but once again I was gone a lot and my husband was not happy. So once again I quit the business. Then I found this great candle company and I loved candles, so this should be a piece of cake. I can do this from home and from my computer. I didn't have to go outside the home to sell my product or build a team. But once again I was told it was taking too much of my time. I was also told over and over again and again that only certain people can make the "big bucks" in this type of work, that it takes a certain type of person and that it wasn't me. So once again I quit. Now, I'm sure you can see a theme here. Start a business then quit. I thought maybe he was right that it did take a certain person to make the "big bucks" and to succeed in this type business. So I gave up. Then I had a life change - a big life change. After 25 years of marriage I found myself getting a divorce. A very hard word for me to say or type or to even think about. After the initial shock wore off, I realized that I was better off now. See I lived with many years of abuse, verbal, emotional, mental, psychological and kept from having friends. I realized I needed to find a job - to make a living. I had not been out in "Corporate America" in over twenty years. I did find a part time job working with kids, Children's Ministry, but a part time job and part time pay was not going to pay my bills. I needed to something soon to survive. So I knew that I could start a home business because I loved running a home business and I had a lot of practice at it. It has been several months now since he left and I have grown so much. I now have self-confidence; my self-esteem is at an all time high but most of all I have my self-respect back. I had buried this abuse for so many years and had never told anyone not even my family. I was ashamed, embarrassed and felt that maybe I did something to warrant this type of treatment. After a while I just got so used to it that it just became a way of life. It became "normal." Ok, now I'm on my own and I knew that I needed to start making some money. I also knew that I really enjoyed running a home business, I enjoyed (ok loved) talking with people and helping others to achieve their goals. So I decided that now is the time to take back control of my life! I have not felt so alive, so good or so happy in years! However, I decided that before I jumped back into any home business (been there done that and got the T-shirt) I decided that I was going to take my time and look at some of the businesses that I "dabbled" in over the years. I know I wanted something in a business that was fast growing, not a passing fad, not a get rich quick scheme, something that would provide me with an ongoing residual income for years and years. I also wanted more than one way to make money. I wanted choices, I wanted multiple streams of income. I also didn't want to have to spend hundreds of dollars every two weeks or monthly just to make money on my team members. I wanted something I could do on the internet, because let's face it the internet is here to stay and it's the best way to build a business; the fastest way to get your name out there. MLM was the one thing that seemed to sum up exactly what I was looking for and needed.
I wanted something that appealed to me, a product I would use, a product that I like (ok loved), a product I would be excited about to share with everyone. It also needed to be able to appeal to the masses. I know you're probably sitting there thinking boy this lady's nuts. She wants everything, she wants her cake and to be able to eat as well , WOW she's asking a lot and boy is she picky. Well, yes I am and proud of it! I decided that I was going to start a home business and that I had to find the best company, product, and income possibilities and only do it once. No more going from one company to another trying them out. I wanted to find the best and work on growing the business. I set off to begin my research and to be honest I have not stopped yet! After much investigating and examining a lot of different MLM Businesses, I settled on one that would work for me and that is what I have offered here. I finally found a business that is fun, rewarding, flexible, great products, and great income possibilities and of course I wanted to create several different avenues of income. I realized that this business had been staring me in the face for some time now. It was a company that I had tried before. A company that I loved and with some delicious mouth watering scents. Yes, I said delicious mouth watering scents, and yes it's candles. An alternative candle, it is an all natural candle - cleaner burning and it is tripled scented. Yummy! Yes, Candles!!!! I want you to understand that I'm not offering a get rich quick scheme. You can make money quickly, but it does take work, effort and consistency. This is the only way you will get what you want. It will provide you with a great income, you'll be your own boss and be able to spend more time with your family and friends. Time, freedom and great income what more could you ask for? I have learned a lot on my journey these past several years - in reaching this point in my life and let me tell you that I would not change a thing. What I have been though has made me a stronger person today and I have learned a lot along the way as well. I work in a business that is recession proof, it is fast growing and there is something for everyone. I can and will continue making money, when I'm at church, out shopping, out on the town for "girls night" with my friends and even when I sleeping. How cool is that, making money when I'm asleep. That's the benefit of residual income. Gotta love it. I can do this - you can do this and don't ever let anyone tell you anything differently.
